Step inside a real advanced manufacturing lab and experience how modern engineering comes to life. The SWIC Advanced Manufacturing Boot Camp is a week-long, hands-on program where Scouts explore CNC machining, CAD design, and manufacturing technology while learning directly in a professional training environment. Participants apply engineering concepts to real-world challenges and complete all requirements for the Engineering Merit Badge. This day-only camp is ideal for Scouts interested in engineering, skilled trades, and high-tech careers that are shaping today’s workforce.

Participants will also work daily to complete requirements for the Drafting, Engineering, and Inventing Merit Badges, applying the core concepts of design, problem-solving, and material science to real-world challenges.

This is a day-only program; no overnight camping is required. Spots for this future-focused, skills-building experience are limited!
