BECAUSE SUMMER CAMP IS MUCH COOLER IN THE WINTER!
WINTER CAMP 2023
The Andrew Jackson Council's Annual Winter Camp Program is held during the weekend and the week before Thanksgiving and offers Scouts different merit badges than summer camp presented by qualified merit badge counselors.
MERIT BADGE PROGRAM | For HSR to offer the best merit badge selection, we need our qualified merit badge counselors to come and present during camp. To accommodate the number of Scouts that attend Winter Camp, we need between 20 to 25 merit badge programs a day. Merit Badge Sessions are one day. The morning session starts at 9:00 AM - 11:45 AM and the afternoon session is from 2:00 PM - 4:45 PM. On Tuesday, we would like the merit badge programs shorter, the programs normally end at 3:00 PM. If you can come multiple days or offer multiple merit badges that would be great. Use this link to register to be a merit badge counselor.
