VOLT (Volunteer Outdoor Leader Training) 

This weekend-long course combines indoor training for Scoutmasters and Assistants with the Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills.  This course is not just for Scoutmasters or Assistants, we encourage Scouts BSA Troop Committee members, and Webelos Den Leaders and Cubmasters that are bridging up to Scouts BSA with their Scouts to attend as well. Participants must complete the online course Hazardous Weather Training before attending this training session. Participants can find this training at my.scouting.org under my training tab. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Field Uniform
• Personal items | Toiletries, and bedding (You will staying in the staff area)
• Annual Health and Medical Form (Parts A & B) 
• A good attitude 
• A camp chair 

*NOTE: If you want to bring your own tent and stay in it you can. 

WHAT IS PROVIDED

• All meals and snacks 
• All training materials
