Leadership is a vital part of the Scouting program. Scouts in leadership positions run the Troop: planning the Troop calendar, leading meetings and activities, teaching skills and guiding problem-solving when needed. To avoid frustration and disappointment, youth need training in such skills as communication, planning and conflict resolution. This course will help your youth leaders establish goals and become an effective team. To accomplish this, Troops should register at least two youth leaders and one SM/ASM. See the flyer for details.
