Ordeal Candidates:  Congratulations on your election to the Order of the Arrow! This is your personal invitation to attend your first Order of the Arrow Constellation Conclave.  Many of you have received an invitation in the mail to attend an upcoming Induction Conclave.  Please follow the instructions from your letter in order to register for an event this Spring (Fall event details will be mailed Summer of 2023).  Your conclave registration fee includes your dues payment for the 2023-2024 membership year (2023 + September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024).      

Ordeal Members:  Unlike our events held during the early part of the pandemic, conditions now allow for Constellations to offer the Brotherhood ceremony as a part of Conclave events.  Please follow the instructions for from your letter in order to register for an event this Spring.  Your conclave registration fee includes your dues payment for the 2024 membership year (September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024).  

Brotherhood and Vigil Members:  This is your invitation to attend a Constellation Spring Conlave. As a Brotherhood or Vigil member you were asked to serve your unit and the Order as a member. Come and rejuvenate your membership in cheerful service.  By registering you will likely be placed in a staffing capacity to assist in administering a specific staff group or clan of Ordeal candidates.  Your conclave registration fee includes your dues payment for the 2024 membership year (September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024). 

Trading Post Pre-Orders:

As a convenience to our members and new candidates, we offer the opportunity to pre-order Trading Post merchandise prior to attending an induction conclave. All merchandise ordered from the web site is delivered to your conclave for easy pick-up. No shipping charges are applied to the order. This is our way of saying thank you for your dedication to the Order of the Arrow and for providing valuable service time to make our council camps a great place for youth of all ages to attend. A Note About 2023 OA and BSA ID Changes:

Since the month of February, the Order of the Arrow has begun to use BSA IDs in place of Order of the Arrow LodgeMaster IDs for tracking members.  When prompted to enter your ID, please use your BSA ID.  Until the feature is modified, the registration will still reference OA/BSA ID while registering for your Spring Conclave - we apologize in advance for the mix in terminology.  Read on to the next session if you need assistance in looking-up your BSA ID.
