| *Online registrations will have a 4% processing fee added at checkout. | ||
| Full sets of rules will be available at the tournament. Rules will be reviewed before the start of the Tournament to alleviate any questions or concerns. All Cub Scouts must have adequate Adult Supervision. All scouts must observe the Buddy System. No adults are to be alone with individual scouts, other than their own children. This event is subject to cancellation due to weather or other safety conditions, as determined by the National Pike District staff or the Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks. Event organizers will follow the BSA Guide to Safe Scouting and their own judgment when considering safety issues. NPD will make every reasonable effort to hold the event; however, in the event the Fishing Tournament is cancelled, NPD will not be able to offer refunds but will distribute all prizes and rewards in an equitable manner. | ||
