2023 Harford District IOLS and BALOO Training! 

You're invited to join us for Spring Training. Harford District will be offering Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) training, and Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) Join us to learn more about outdoor skills such as camping, as well as share ideas and challenges with fellow peers who are also working hard to create and build a quality program for their scouts. Courses will run concurrently. You may only register for one.
