Course Details:

• Orientation:   Tuesday, May 19, 2026 7pm Schapiro Scout Service Center
• Course Dates:   Monday, June 15 - Friday, June 19, 2025, at Camp Spencer

** To successfully complete the course, participants must attend all sessions listed above.


COSTS:
The cost to attend this 1 week Sabbath friendly course is $300.00 per person.

The discounted Early Bird cost is $275.00 if paid in full by March 1, 2026.
The fee includes meals, required training supplies/materials.  Participants supply their gear, tents, field uniforms, and activity shirts.

A limited number of slots are available, so please register early.  Registrations are prioritized in the order that they are received.  When the maximum capacity of the course is reached, additional registrants are placed on a waiting list.  A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration.  Full payment is due by the orientation date, Wednesday, May 20, 2026. (Please Note:  No refunds will be issued after Orientation)

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. You must be a registered member of Scouting America
2. You must have completed the Basic Training for your registered position.
3. A current Medical Examination on a BSA form with Parts A, B & C completed and signed by your physician will be required for participation in this course.
