An engaging and educational Public Health Merit Badge Day at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB)! This exciting event offers Scouts BSA the opportunity to explore the field of public health while completing requirements for the Public Health Merit Badge in a hands-on learning environment.

Hosted by public health professionals, faculty, and students from UMB, Scouts will:

• Learn about disease prevention, health services, and careers in public health
• Engage in interactive activities and discussions on topics like vaccinations, sanitation, and emergency preparedness
• Participate in STOP THE BLEED
