The event will be held Friday October 10th – Sunday October 12th, 2025.

                             REGISTRATION & FEES

REGISTRATION for this event must be completed online no later than September 26th, 2025 at 11:55PM. No new or additional registrations will be accepted after the deadline for any reason.

All unit Registration Forms must be accompanied by the following: Completed roster with the Scouts’ and adults’ names. (email roster to carrollwebwoods@gmail.com)

WEBELOS WOODS is open to all Webelos, Arrow of Light scouts, their parents as well as Scouts BSA Troops. All other cub scouts and siblings will not be allowed to attend this event.

REGISTRATION FEES

The fee for Webelos Woods has been set at $20 per person (cub & adults) at the pack level and $10 per person at the Troop (scout & adults) level. This covers the cost of materials needed for the programs and events, and facility rentals. No refunds will be given.

LOCATION

Carroll District’s Webelos Woods is being held at Sykesville Freedom District Fire Department field in Sykesville, MD. The address is 6680 Sykesville Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784. We will be using the carnival field only. No parking will be allowed in the asphalt parking lot and the firehouse building will be off limits. Also, please note that the field road will be ONEWAY! Enter next to the baseball field.
