Cancellation Policy

AFTER September 15, 2025:
If a crew member drops after September 15, 2025 and prior to March 15, 2026, there is a $900.00 NON-REFUNDABLE fee per crew member unless the member is replaced and the crew size does not change.  The fee must be refunded by the unit when a replacement is secured and is not refunded by the Contingent.

AFTER APRIL 15, 2026:
There is NO REFUND except in the case of documented injury preventing participation at Philmont.  Any balance of fees must be refunded by the unit when a replacement is secured and is not refunded by the Contingent.
