The event will be held Friday September 27th – September 29th.

                             REGISTRATION & FEES

REGISTRATION for this event must be completed online no later than September 13th, 2024 at 5:00PM. No new or additional      registrations will be accepted after the deadline for any reason.

All unit Registration Forms must be accompanied by the following: Completed roster with the Scouts’ and adults’ names Payment of the registration fee.

WEBELOS WOODS is open to all Webelos and Arrow of Light scouts and their parents as well as Scouts BSA Troops. All other cub scouts and siblings will not be allowed to attend this event.

REGISTRATION FEES

The fee for Webelos Woods has been set at $20 per person at the pack level and $10 per person at the Troop level. This covers the cost of materials needed for the programs and events, and facility rentals. No refunds will be given.

LOCATION

Carroll District’s Webelos Woods is being held at Sykesville Freedom District Fire Department field in Sykesville, MD. The address is 6680 Sykesville Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784. We will be using the field only. We will not be able to enter the firehouse building and we will not be able to park vehicles and/or trailers on their parking lot (field parking only in designated areas).
