Climbing Instructor Level II is a required training for climbing instructors to open the Broad Creek climbing tower (and select other locations) without a National Camp School trained Climbing or COPE Director.

Pre-requisites for Climbing Instructor Level II includes:

• Current Climbing Instructor Level I training through the Baltimore Area Council, National Capital Area Council, or Del-Mar-Va Council.
• Experience using the skills learned in Level I training
• Be 21 years of age
