SCHEDULE:

5:00 PM - Start time if joining us for dinner - Chick-fil-a is available for purchase or you can bring a picnic lunch *Subway is just down the road

5:00 - 5:45 PM - Dinner 

5:45 - 6:00 - Patrol Time - Scouts will split themselves into 5 Patrols to rotate through the stations. 

6:00 - 8:00 PM - Station Time for the Scouts (this will start promptly / 20 minute sessions with walk time inbetween) - this provides a chance to see what being a Scouts BSA member is. Scouts will rotate to different stations in camp on their own, no Den Leader.

***During Scouts station time there will be a Parent Q&A session with a Male and Female adult from Troops. Parents/Guardians can ask questions about what to expect when moving to older scouts. It's a big change for their cubs so it's great to know what to expect and what to look forward to and maybe some questions to ask Troops when you go to visit.  

8:00 PM - Patrol Time Rotation Ends

8:00 - 9:00 PM - Flag Retirement Ceremony *Uniform NOT required

FAMILIES PLEASE NOTE: 

* Bring a folding chair for yourself - Dinner and Q&A session will be held in the Annex off of the Main Hall. 

* AOL scout and Adult Family Members each need to sign up so we can get an accurate head count for attendance purposes. Please make sure there is at least one adult registering with an AOL. 

* Since this is a special night for our AOL scouts we ask that only the AOL scout and their parents/adult guardian attend with them. Please no siblings as focus needs to be on the AOL Scouts. 

* Families will have to leave the camp so staff can set up and prepare for AOL night. You can hang out in the parking lot if you want, grab food from local restaurants or go for a drive to cool your scout off.  

* Tickets for ALL (food or no food) registered AOL Night attendees will be delivered to the AOL scouts dens by end of day Wednesday. 

* AOL Night Registration will close Monday June 22 at midnight. 

* Rain Date of Thursday will happen if we get bad weather before AOL Night starts on Wednesday.
