$300.00 - July 15, 2023 Initial Deposit ($100 is non-refundable)
$300.00 - August 15, 2023
$300.00 - September 15, 2023
$300.00 - October 15, 2023
$300.00 - November 15, 2023
$300.00 - December 15, 2023
$300.00 - January 15, 2024
$300.00 - February 15, 2024
$300.00 - March 15, 2024
$300.00 - April 15, 2024 - Balance Due

Cancellation Policy

AFTER September 15, 2023:
If a crew member drops after September 15, 2023 and prior to March 15, 2024, there is a $900.00 NON-REFUNDABLE fee per crew member unless the member is replaced and the crew size does not change.  The fee must be refunded by the unit when a replacement is secured and is not refunded by the Contingent.

AFTER APRIL 15, 2024:
There is NO REFUND except in the case of documented injury preventing participation at Philmont.  Any balance of fees must be refunded by the unit when a replacement is secured and is not refunded by the Contingent.
