Requirements:

  • For adults: completion position-specific training
  • For youth Scouts: 1st Class Rank or above
  • For Venturers and Sea Scouts: No requirement

Preparation:

  • Come prepared with a BSA Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A & B)
  • Build up appropriate physical capability for backpacking

Dates & Rates:

Course fee: $115

Staff fee: $40

Part One (Instructional): September 9th, 2023 at Camp Oest, 1800 Robinson Mill Road, Darlington, MD 21034

Part Two (Practical): October 6th-8th, 2023 at Bee Tree Preserve, 399 Kauffman Rd, Parkton, MD 21120
