2025 River Hawk District Merit Badge Mania
Event Details
Merit Badge Mania 2025 is the premiere Merit Badge weekend camporee presented by the River Hawk District in the Baltimore Area Council. Troops will gather for an outdoor experience at Camp Saffran in Harford County, MD. Scouts will attend merit badge classes covering different badges from Archery to Weather. All participants are strongly encouraged to follow best practices for hygiene and safety and are expected to adhere to the Scout Oath and Law at all times.
