Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (ITOLS) is a fun-filled program of hands-on training in the great outdoors; designed to help you master basic camping skills required to teach Tenderfoot to First Class requirements, and be confident in taking youth into the outdoors. This is part of the required training for all Scout masters, Asst Scoutmasters, and Venturing Crew Leaders, and is recommended for AOL Den Leaders and parents advancing into Scouts BSA.
