2026 Webelos Woods October 16th-18th @ QSR

A weekend camping adventure for Webelos and Arrow of Lights, designed to introduce important Scout skills in a fun environment. 

Early check in begins Friday at 12:00pm. Saturday morning check in begins at 7:00am. Program begins with a flag ceremony at 8:30am. Check out concludes at 12:00pm on Sunday.

Early Bird Fee is $23 per youth and $16 per adult if paid by FRIDAY, Sept 20th. Units are responsible for their own meals,   Fees increase by $5 per person after September 20.    

Last day to register online is October 4th.

All units must have two-deep leadership and comply with Youth Protection guidelines. All adults in attendance shall have current Youth Protection training.

Refunds are not available, but fees are transferable to another Scout or Adult under the same registration. This is a rain or shine event.

Liability, as well as Sickness and Accident Insurance are provided for all registered SA members of the Quivira Council. 

When making filling out your registration, please double check that you are registered as your pack and not the troop.
