Osage Nation Day Camp 2024

May 31st - June 1st, 2024

What is it? Cub Scout Day Camp is a weekend program that will be a 2 all-day Friday and Saturday (8am-4pm) that is open to all youth in kindergarten through 5th grade.  Prepare yourself for a Minecraft themed event. 

Activities? Your Minecrafter will make as you guessed it, Minecraft oriented crafts.  All the activities are age appropriate and guided by our well-trained and enthusiastic staff. A cordless drill will help. (Only adults will operate.)  

Parents be prepared for your young Minecrafter to bring home a birdhouse, table, or a chair. All depends on their rank.  

When & Where? May 31-June1 2024  Big Hill Lake, Overlook side 

Supervision? All units must have two-deep leadership in accordance with Youth Protection Guidelines, and all registered leaders must have completed NEW Youth Protection Training. AOLs must have appropriate unit leadership. 

Food? Bring a snack lunch.  

Cost? Early Bird registration Fee is $35 per scout $20 per adult. Registrations after May 9, 2024, will be $45 per scout. The registration fee includes program materials and a leather patch for all participants. Last day to register is May 16,2024.  Camperships are available for cub scouts. 

Refunds? Refunds are not available, but fees may be transferred to another Scout or Adult under same registration number. 

Registration? Registration is open online on Black Pug – find the link at www.quivira.org – Things to Do.  

Pre-registration is required for program materials and patches to be provided to all participants. Registration prior to June 16, 2024, is required to guarantee a patch. The event is open to all registered Packs. Online payment is required and may be made by credit card or electronic check. REQUIRED: ALL participants MUST have Parts A&B of the health form. CLOSED TOED SHOES 

Unit Roster is REQUIRED at check-in.  

Need volunteers, adults, and scouts. 

Insurance? Liability, as well as Sickness and Accident Insurance are provided for all registered members of the BSA.
