BOTH WEEKENDS REQUIRED FOR THE COURSE

This five day course is an advanced, national leadership course open to Scouting volunteers and professionals. It is provided by Quivira Council’s leading trainers. Scouters from Cub Scoutng, Scouts BSA, Venturing, Sea Scouts, and Explorers, as well as District and Council Scouters. We will introduce and review tools to enable your success as a Unit Leader.

Everyone belongs at Wood Badge.

Wood Badge is delivered over two weekends (5 days), through a combination of hands on activities, classroom learning, and outdoor program. Our format models our own Unit programs, through experiencing the Patrol method and learning how you, as a Unit Leader, can train them, trust them and let them lead!

This is a 2 weekends Training

Weekend one begins at 7:00am Friday April 12th, 2024 through 5:00pm Sunday April 14th, 2024. Weekend two starts early morning of Saturday April 27th, 2024 and ends the evening of Sunday April 28th, 2024.

Registration will close 3/11/2024 to allow for time to order supplies. Any late registrations will have to be approved by the Course Director
