Certified Angler Instructor

This is a National Certification for BSA adults to teach Scouts, young and old, about fishing techniques and skills. It's a method to help Recruit Cub Scouts and Retain older Scouts BSA, Venturers, & Sea Scouts, using Fishing to "Hook them" into a lifetime of Outdoor Activities!
