What is ScoutCon?

It’s a weekend of being electronically unplugged enjoying fellowship with others playing board games, competing in tournaments, costume contest and other fun activities. Everyone is welcome to bring their own games to put into the library for everyone’s enjoyment.

This is an All Weather Event. Bring your own tent and be prepared for cold weather camping.

ScoutCon! is open to registered Scouts BSA, Venturers, and registered Adult Leaders.

Pre-Registration on Black Pug is Required!

Early Bird Registration:   $40 till October 14, 2022

Regular Registration:  $50 begins October 15, 2022

Register as a MINION: An Adult Volunteer who helps out several times during the weekend in your choice of the Game Library, Trading Post or Kitchen helper for a couple hours and get a discount on your registration.

Last day to register – Friday, October 28, 2022

Check-in starts: Friday November 4th at 3:30pm ● Event starts: Friday night, 7:00pm, all day Saturday and Sunday till Noon. 

Youth Protection Training: All adults are required to be current on their Youth Protection Training. This can be completed online prior to arrival at My.Scouting.Org

Insurance: Liability, as well as Sickness & Accident are provided for all registered members of the Quivira Council

Refunds: No Refunds, however fees may be transferred to another person under the same booked registration

Food Allergies: You must turn a “Special Needs” form into the Council Office as well as include allergies on the person’s registration. Form can be found as an attachment on Black Pug or Special Needs Request Form
