2022 Quivira Council Merit Badge College

The 19th Annual Quivira Council Merit Badge College hosted by Hutchinson Community College offers an opportunity to work on two merit badges in a day. Enrollments will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis. Registration and payment will only be taken online and be considered completed at time of payment. Scout can enroll in 2 merit badges and class sizes are limited.
Please print the worksheets (these are the blue cards) and complete pre-requisites before arrival.
Pre-requisite worksheets will be available at www.quivira.org after January 1, 2022.

Schedule:
Gather: 7:30-8:00 A.M. Open: 8:00 A.M.
Session 1: 8:30-11:30 A.M. Lunch: 11:30-12:30 ♦ (BRING OWN LUNCHES)
Session 2: 12:30-3:30 P.M.
Scouts $25.00 Registration includes two classes, and a participation patch (no refunds).
Adults FREE Registration - Still required to attend. Patch not included.
Lunch Bring Your Own.
REFUNDS are NOT available, but fees may be transferred to another Scout. Transfer Scout must attend the same classes already selected on registraiton.
ALL Participants must provide a signed Qivira Council Covid Waiver Fofrm and Health Forms (Part a & B only) at check-in. Fillable forms may be downloaded from the Quivira website, www.Quivira.org . Masks are to be won indoors by youth and adults.
Each troop must have a minimum of 2 adult leaders registered for the event. Adult leaders will be expected to assist the counselor in checking outside work materials, recording class accomplishments, and maintaining discipline and learning environment. We do not anticipate behavior problems however, if they occur, the Scout will be excused from class and escorted to an adult with their Troop.
The worksheets will be the only Blue Cards.
The official Boy Scout Field Uniform should be worn to help identify Scouts and leaders.
