REGULAR FEES: $210 / youth and $150 / adult       Deadline: May 5, 2021

Merit Badge/Activity sign-up for Youth opens – March 19, 2021 .  Youth fees must be PAID in FULL before signing up classes.

All Adults must be currently YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINED. This Council has a policy that for Summer Camp programs, any adult who is remaining overnight with youth must be a registered member of BSA and have completed the Youth Protection Training, regardless of the length of the camp.  This is for the safety and well-being of all guests and staff members.

Special Needs forms are to be in Council Office by APRIL 30, 2021, but also MUST BE LISTED in BLACK PUG REGISTRATION.​

Official BSA Medical Form parts A B & C are required for every Youth and Leader/Adult.  Find the needed forms here: https://www.scouting.org/health-and-safety/ahmr/ .  Also, all attendees must provide a signed Quivira Council Covid-19 Waiver Form at check in. Fillable form may be downloaded at www.Quivira.org or found as an attachment to the right.

Camperships are available for individual campers, both in and out of Council and due at Council by Feb. 15th for review.  The Campership may NOT be used for deposits as guarantees cannot be made of award or award amounts.

Hammock camping is still available for campers who would like to explore the option.
