2020 Webelos Woods

October 16-18 @ QSR

A weekend camping adventure for Webelos and Arrow of Lights, designed to introduce important Scout skills in a fun environment. Webelos Woods is held annually and is staffed by outstanding local Troops from several Districts. Your Webelos and AOLs will learn hands-on Scouting skills from older Scouts as they prepare to cross-over to Troops.   Scouts will develop great knot-tying skills, learn all about outdoor Scout skills, take aim at the range with BB guns and slingshots, try their hand at whittling, camp out under the stars, and much more! 

Friday, October 16 - Sunday, October 18, 2020 @ Quivira Scout Ranch (note location change!)

Check in will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday night for those that want to come out early. Saturday check in begins at 7:00 am. Program begins at 8:30 am.

Please be aware, EVERY PERSON MUST have a Quivira Council Covid-19 Waiver form turned in with their unit’s check in packet at the event. (see attachments to the right)

Early Bird Fee is $16 per youth and $13.50 per adult if paid by WEDNESDAY Sept. 30  Units are responsible for their own meals, but registration fee includes the Saturday evening cracker-barrel. All participants will receive a patch and a carabiner.

Fees increase by $5 per person after WEDNESDAY, Sept. 30, 2020.   Any registrations PAID after September 30 will not be guaranteed a patch.

Last day to register online is Monday, October 12. 

All units must have two-deep leadership and comply with Youth Protection guidelines. All adults must be registered with BSA with current YPT. Current national membership will be verified. 

Refunds are not available, but fees are transferable to another Scout or Adult attending this event if done in advance of the event. This is a rain or shine event

Liability, as well as Sickness and Accident Insurance are provided for all registered members of the Quivira Council. All attendees must be registered with BSA.
