Osage Nation Day Camp September 19 & 20, 2020

It’s sure to be a good time, y’all!

Who is invited?  All registered Cub Scouts in and out of Osage Nation District!  Tigers must have an adult partner. All adults must have Youth Protection Training. Two-Deep leadership and ratio of 1:5 is required.

Where & When is it?   Saturday and Sunday, September 19th and 20th, at Big Hill Lake Overlook in Cherryvale, KS.  Check-in will be daily from 8 to 8:45 a.m. Opening Flags will begin at 8:50 and activities will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

What does it cost?   Early Bird rates are available until August 21 at $35 per scout, adult, and/or tag-a-long. Registration from August 22- September 4 will be $45 per person. In order to provide adequate program supplies no registrations will be accepted after September 4th.

Refunds are not available but fees may be given to another person under the same Booked registration.

What is included?    In addition to two fun-filled days of friends, games, crafts, cooking, and shooting sports, your registration will provide you with a patch, t-shirt, daily morning and afternoon snacks. Please list any food restrictions during online registration. Please bring a sack lunch.

What else?  Please bring copies of already completed health forms, parts A and B, to turn in at check-in.

Insurance?  Liability, as well as Sickness and Accident Insurance is provided for all BSA registered youth and adult members of the Quivira Council.
