Any registrations after December 31st are subject to late fees and must take place at the event.

Current BSA Health Forms are required. Head Quarters will not collect them. Each unit leader is responsible to have them readily available for if and when they may be needed.

Refunds are not available, but fee’s may be transferred to another youth or adult attending this event. This is an all-weather event and will not be canceled for any reason. Be Prepared!!!
