2026 Trappers' 49th Rendevous @ Harvey County Park West

Registration Fee: $20 per person - Youth or Adult - until Dec 31st

Any registrations after December 31st cost goes up to $30.

Current BSA Health Forms are required. Head Quarters will not collect them. Each unit leader is responsible to have them readily available for if and when they may be needed.

Refunds are not available, but fee’s may be transferred to another youth or adult attending this event. This is an all-weather event and will not be canceled for any reason. Be Prepared!!! 

Important Reminders:

All units must bring a roster of all youth and adults at check-in.

Everyone must be registered and checked in at headquarters upon arrival.
