The unit deposit phase looks a little different this year! Early Bird will see the estimation phase like in years past. Those not registered before early bird will see the deposit phase like 2025s registration. 

Unit Deposit - $200 deposit made between June 13th, 2025 - December 15th, 2025 secures Early Bird price for your unit •  $300 deposit made between December 16th, 2025 - March 31st, 2026, secures the 2026 Standard price for your unit. All deposits are non-refundable and credited to Unit fees due. • Late Fee applies from April 1st - April 30th, 2026, requires payment in full.

Merit Badge sign up will open March 1st at 12AM!

Youth Resident Camp Fee is $475

Adult Resident Camp Fee is $195

Youth High Q Fee is $490

Adult High Q Fee is $490

50% of Scout's balance is due before Merit Badges or High Q options can be selected. • May 15th, 2026, full Unit payment is due for everyone attending. • $40 late fee per youth will be applied for unpaid balances after event start days.
