Quivira Summit and TopShot

What: An exciting weekend full of range and target activities (TopShot), climbing, water sports, outdoor challenges, activities, and classes

Cost: $15 per Scout or Adult BUT IF your unit has achieved Ideal Year of Scouting Goals for 2025 – It is FREE 

TopShot paricipation is additional $15 (this cost is not included in the IYOS discount) and is limited to the first 120 registrations

Who: ALL Scouts BSA, Crew, and Ship members are invited to participate.

Requirements: All participants need health form parts A/B; Units will be responsible for their own food/cooking; bring a daypack with water, leather gloves, and necessary personal gear as there will be A LOT of walking

What to expect: Fun! This event that will showcase all that Quivira and QSR offers. This is not a merit badge event. This is a fun event for all participants to learn how to incorporate all that QSR has to offer into their “Ideal Year of Scouting” program. Expect to be busy and engaged in a variety of activities from breakfast until late at night.

When you Arrive: There will be activities already opened up, so as soon as you get checked-in and your campsite set up, there are activities (indoors and outside) for everyone to participate in. Mandatory Safety brief will be at Friday 9:00pm at the Dining Hall, 100% participation is required.

Special Events: The Quivira Council Operations Meeting (COM) will be at QSR on Saturday afternoon at 1:00pm and is open to all adults and youth in leadership positions.
