Wood Badge: Scouting’s Premier Leadership Experience
Course Overview:
Wood Badge is the highest level of adult training offered by Scouts BSA. Originally developed by Scouting founder Lord Baden-Powell, this immersive leadership experience has inspired generations of Scouters since its U.S. debut in 1948. Today, Wood Badge blends timeless Scouting values with modern leadership practices to empower adult volunteers at every level.

Wood Badge is delivered in two parts:
