Welcome to the 28th Annual Kansas State University Merit Badge Conference and Target First Class Program! Scouts will have the opportunity to take the Target First Class track or two Merit Badge Classes!

Tips:  1) Read the Leader's Guide; 2) Registration is done as a unit; 3) All participants must be paid for before merit badge class selection is available; 4) Scouts must be First Class Scout to register for Eagle required merit badges, Life Scout for Citizenship in Society.
