Welcome to the 27th Annual Kansas State University Merit Badge Conference and Target First Class Program! Scouts will have the opportunity to take the Target First Class track or two Merit Badge Classes! Early Bird Pricing ends April 3rd at 11:59PM and Registration closes fully April 10th at 11:59PM!

Scouts must register with their unit unless attending as an individual. 

Registration will go LIVE on February 14, 2020.
