Welcome to the 2026 Coronado Area Council Popcorn Summit!

We'll be meeting April 18th from 9am to 1pm to discuss the good things, the bad things, and the improvements, and to get YOUR input on what worked for your units, and how we can shape that plan across the whole council!

Topics of Discussion will include: 

- The changing landscape of selling as a Pack or Troop

- The Leader's Guide and Marketing Guide

- Popcorn selections; what sold the best, what sold the worst? 

- Brainstorm prizes based on what Scouts want/need

- Discuss options for the Popcorn Party

- And so much more!

A selection of brunch foods will be available for refreshment, and any unit leaders coming from out west, please reach out to either Kyle or Cassie at kyle.smith@scouting.org or cassandra.smith@scouting.org, as the Council will cover the cost of a hotel room and a tank of gas if needed for your convenience.
