2025 Eastern Division Fall Camporee

Join Camporee Hosts Fall Creek Troops 133 & 1033 and the White River, Bear Creek and Fall Creek Districts for our Fall Camporee at beautiful Camp K and solve a mystery
GENERAL INFORMATION:'
- A fun-filled weekend with Clue Themed Stations!
- Cost is $15 per Scout or Scouter
- Event open to Scouts BSA, BSA Adult Leaders, AND 5th Grade AOLs (with parent) - AOL's must register with a Troop.
- Event will include the Fingerprinting Merit Badge. Blue Card Form is attached - Please print for your troop. Some will be available at Camp K.
- Event will include First Class Rank Requirement 4a (Orienteering) - so bring your Scoutbook!
- Be Prepared with Your Scout Essential Packs and good Scouting Skills.
- Troops / Patrols should plan to have a skit or song for the campfire.
- Saturday Sunrise 7:57 AM / Sunset 6:58 PM
- All Attendees MUST Register & Complete Heath Forms Parts A & B.

5:00 – 7:00 PM Registration and check-in opens in Dining Hall
8:00 - 8:30 PM Senior Patrol Leader & Chaplin’s Aide Meeting in Camporee Headquarters
9:00 PM Adult Leader Meeting in Camporee Headquarters
11:00 PM Taps (All quiet in camp)
Saturday, October 18th
6:00 – 7:45 AM Reveille and Breakfast in Camps
7:45 – 8:15 AM Patrol Leader Meeting in Camporee Headquarters
8:15 – 8:30 AM Morning colors and opening ceremony (main flagpole area)
8:30 – 5:30 PM Camporee Program
Details will be alligned to units
5:30 PM Evening colors (main flagpole area)
5:45 – 7:45 PM Dinner in Campsites
8:00 – 9:00 PM Camp Fire Program
9:00 PM Adult leader and SPL meeting in Camporee Headquarters (immediately after Campfire)
11:00 PM - Taps (All quiet in camp)
Sunday, October 19th
6:00 – 7:45 AM Reveille and Breakfast in Camps
8:00 – 8:15 AM Morning Colors (main flagpole area)
8:30 – 9:30 AM Scout's Own and Closing award ceremony
10:00 AM Clean campsite and check out
12:00 PM Leave camp

Medical Forms Part A/B (https://www.scouting.org/health-and-safety/ahmr/) will be reviewed at check in and held by Medical Officer and returned at Check-out. PLEASE HAVE THEM READY!
Unit leaders will also need to provide a roster of Scouts & Leaders attending - Please see your registration confirmation under Reports to find 'Unit Roster' which will have everything you need. All adults must have valid Youth Protection Training. Units will need to provide proof.
Due to the number of units we anticipate, only one vehicle will allowed past the gate per unit. Only troop trailers will remain at campsites. Gate to campsites will be locked at lights out on Friday.
Ranger Todd is awesome, so lets treat his home with respect.
