Lodge Leadership Development provides all members with opportunities to learn more about the OA and also how to run meetings, set goals, conduct unit elections, improve communication (like using social media appropriately), be on a ceremony team, and more. This event is for all members, youth and adult, but especially those in leadership and advisor positions and those interested in leadership in the chapters or lodge!

Early registration ends November 23, and a $5 late fee applies after that. Registration closes 11.30.2025, to give our kitchen crew time to prepare for lunch!
