Our Lodge is hosting the 2024 Section Conclave at AWSR and Camp Chief Little Turtle this April. The theme is SPIES and a design of the patch is shown here. The cost of the Conclave is $45 for the weekend. There is also a day pass option for just Saturday only, but you must email Dr. Tim Jenkins regarding the day pass. Since this is a section event, all members must register and pay the full fee. Walk-Ins are not an option.

As hosts we are providing the servant leadership for the facilities, program, meals, and other support logistics for the weekend and need your help to ensure a great experience for our guests and our lodge membership. As a member  of the host lodge attending the whole weekend, you are able to buy one host lodge t-shirt ($8) as well as the host lodge flap ($3), both at a reduced cost. Extra shirts can be ordered for $15 and a crew neck sweatshirt for $25. Extra flaps will be $5, but only available on site. Members attending are expected to buy the host lodge shirt, other items are optional. Thus, the total required cost is $53.

You must be registered here by March 20th to ensure a shirt is available for you at the event. While there may be limited quantities of extra shirts on hand, there is no guarantee of size.
