Save the date to help with the old-time rides at the Johnny Appleseed Festival!

Notes:

(1) This is an 1800s-era event, so dress appropriately for the time period. Jeans or skirts from that time period are good, along with a light flannel. Flannel shirts are available to borrow on-site. Please wear boots if possible - no open-toed shoes! Shorts are not appropriate to the time period.

(2) Bring a water bottle; we will have water and lemonade available at the booth.

(3) Parking is available for a slight cost at either Fort Wayne Turners (3636 Parnell Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805), which is closest to our booth; or at the Coliseum.

(4) If you are working multiple shifts, bring a lunch or money to visit your favorite food booth during your break times.

(5) If you are helping with setup September 12-13 or tear-down on Sunday, September 21, bring work gloves. Friday, September 12, involves moving everything from Epiphany Lutheran Church to Johnny Appleseed Park, and Sunday involves moving everything back to the church, so trailers and/or pickup trucks are helpful for both days!
