The 2025 Summer Fellowship and Vigil Weekend will be held on August 8 - 10, 2025, at Camp Chief Little Turtle (CCLT), 2282  W 500 S, Pleasant Lake, IN 46779.

The cost is $20 per member. Vigil Candidates are $45. Current Vigil members can also purchase the Vigil breakfast meal for $8 under the Vigil Member or Standing Bear option. Standing Bear members who are Vigil Candidates have the option to add Vigil candidacy for $25. Vigil candidates do not pay extra for the Vigil breakfast.

Price includes all meals except the Vigil member breakfast. All activities are also included.

Please bring appropriate clothing for doing service work on Saturday morning.

Current BSA medical form (A&B) required for all participants.

All members are encouraged to stay for a brief Lodge meeting after Sunday's breakfast, where we will "pass the bonnett" of leadership to our 2025-26 officers.

Registration for all groups closes at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, August 3, 2025.

For those completing their Ordeal:

Bring these items:

• Tent – to set up on Friday night

• Sleeping Bag

• Waterproof Tarp

• Boots

• Full Class A uniform (shirt, pants, socks, belt) (do not wear Friday)

• Water bottle

• Change of clothes

• Toiletries & Towel

• Rain Gear

• Work Gloves

• Any required medications with med Form filled out

Cost includes all meals and a patch.  Candidate fees also include new sashes and membership cards. Ordeal candidates will also get a new handbook, flap and dues paid through the end of the year as well as admission to complete Brotherhood induction the following year at no additional cost.

Please bring appropriate clothing for doing service work on Saturday.  Ordeal candidates got a letter with additional items to bring for the Ordeal. Field uniforms are required for Saturday dinner, ceremonies and Sunday breakfast and Lodge meeting.
