Wilderness First Aid Course

With certification through the Emergency Care and Safety Institute

Two adults on any high adventure base excursion MUST have the Wilderness First Aid training. Course covers required curricula and provides certification as required by ALL National high adventure bases. Youth ages 13 and older are also eligible to take the course.

  • Participants MUST attend both days

  • Perfect for any outdoor active unit
  • Field Guide included
  • Bring your lunch and snacks to share if you like

$90 Course Fee--covers cost of book

Fee increases to $100 after February 22nd

There is a $10 out of council surcharge for non-Buffalo Trace Council registrations

Course size limited to 20 participants 

First priority will be given to those planning High Adventrue Base Treks for 2026.
