Camping Info:
Troops may arrive anytime after 5 PM Friday. Above-ground fire pits required. Firewood and water available (troops may bring their own). A heated building will be open for chilly nights. Troops are responsible for Friday dinner and Saturday breakfast.

Saturday Highlights:

Opening Ceremony: 8:45 AM sharp – Flag ceremony, Scout pledge, oath, and law

Lunch Provided: Chili, chicken & noodles with grilled cheese, relish tray, and hot chocolate all day

Dutch Oven Dessert Challenge: Leaders compete, Scouts vote – top 2 win prizes!

Adventure Stations Include:

• Orienteering: Track down missing dinosaur eggs using GPS
• Tomahawk Throwing: Score points and earn bonuses with precision throws
• Slingshot Safari: Hit dino targets with tennis balls from spar-pole slingshots
• Sled Race: Navigate an obstacle course with your troop’s sled
• Knots Challenge: Tie basic knots with a twist – timed and scored
• Fire Building: Burn through a string using your best fire-starting skills
• First Aid: Respond to a dino attack scenario with smart, safe solutions
• Toxic Waste Game: Teamwork challenge to safely transport hazardous “waste”

Closing Ceremony: 4:15 PM – Awards and final remarks
