First Aid Meet
The First Aid Meet is an opportunity for teams to demonstrate first aid expertise in a competitive situation. In each of four problems, scouts are presented with emergency situations. Each team will be judged on its assessment of the victims, determination of appropriate treatments, and cooperation to provide effective care. The event provides scouts with a chance to diagnose a problem, strengthen known first aid skills, learn new techniques, and demonstrate leadership and teamwork.
Please see the attached First Aid Meet guidebook for the prerequisites for each team and information about preparing for the meet.
