Welcome to the Klondike Derby 2026 

This year we are offering 2 locations that all districts are welcome to attend! Choose the one that works for your unit!

WHEN: Saturday February 7, 2026 / 8 AM Check-IN / Competition - 9AM to 3:30PM

WHO: OPEN TO ALL Scouts BSA Troops AND Webelos/Arrow of Light Dens

COST: $10 Scout or Webelos / $5 Youth Staff / Adults are Free / Out of Council Scouts or Webelos = $20

LOCATIONS:

• Cantigny Park in Wheaton, IL
• Sportsmans Club in Sycamore, IL

Units will register the number of patrols that will compete. A roster with the names of each Scout & Adult in each patrol must be turned at the Klondike.

PLANNED ACTIVITIES at Cantigny Park include:

Ax Throw, Log Saw, Sled Race, First Aid, Lashings, Knots, Orienteering, Skill/Challenge Games and more!

PLANNED ACTIVITIES at Sportsman's Club, Sycamore include:

Fire Building, Animal Tracks, Sled Race, First Aid, Orienteering, .22 Rifle Shooting, Tomahawk Throwing and More!

Please reference the Fliers and Klondike Guide on the right sidebar for detailed information. A printed copy of your Scouting America Health Form part A&B must be turned in at check-in for all participants, youth & adult.
