2021 University Of Scouting
University of Scouting is an annual one-day supplemental training event for volunteer leaders, youth (age 11 and up), and parents at all levels in every Scouting program: Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturing, District, or Council.
Whether you are new to the Scouting program or a veteran of many years, the University of Scouting has something for you! Boy Scout and Venturing Youth can participate in youth training programs to enhance their skill levels and encourage them to explore new adventures in Scouting. Come spend a day having fun and learning with Scouters from across the Central Florida Council.

Meal Options for a fee
Hot breakfast option available from OA Grill at pre-order prices: $5 Sausage Egg Muffin with coffee
$5 Canadian Bacon Egg Muffin with coffee. On-site purchase price TBD.
Cold lunch consists of the following choices for pre-order cost of $5.50: Ham, Turkey, Cheese Sandwich, or Peanut Butter and Jelly with Chips, Cookie and Drink. On-site purchase price TBD.
The OA Grill hot meal choices include chips or snack and drink, are as follows: $5 Hot Dog or Hamburger or Cheeseburger, $6 Italian Sausage or Beyond (meatless) Burger, $7 Double Cheeseburger or Grilled Chicken Sandwich. On-site purchase price TBD. Extra chips/snacks/drinks available for purchase during the day.
Donuts and Juice will be offered for a price TBD. Coffee will be free throughout the day.
Instructions for online registration for University of Scouting
Click on Register button.
Continue as Guest and select the number of registrants for this registration.
Enter Guest Information (primary contact).
Click on red Update Information button. Save the information.
Select red Participants tab to complete required information and to select classes (Schedule). Scroll down to find list of available courses on the left side of the screen. Courses are listed by period, college, then course number and name. Select by clicking on desired class. Once a course is selected for 1st period, all other classes for that period will disappear. Follow this process for each attendee attached to the registration.
Be sure to select a Lunch during 4th or 5th periods if pre-purchased food is desired.
Click on Save.
Click on red Check Out tab.
Click on Book Registration if no pre-purchased meal was selected. Click on green Checkout tab to pay for meal if selected. For everyone: On last page, be sure to click on the box “I have read and agree to the council policies (required)”
