Early Bird:
$50.00 for youth
$40.00 for Adults

Regular Price, begins December 22nd, 2025
$55.00 for youth
$45.00 for Adults

This fee covers the cost of tent camping, all meals (Saturday - breakfast, lunch and dinner and Sunday - breakfast).  Hot chocolate/coffee available to all participants.  Please bring a cup, labeled with your name/unit number, for hot beverages and a water bottle.  Disposable cups will not be provided.

A WINT-OR-REE event cup will be available for pre order on the registration page and the cost is $5.00 per cup. Cups will be distributed on the evening of Friday, January 23rd.  Do not bring a mess kit. 

ALL units are expected to run a station and ALL adults in attendance are to assist in running stations.  Any unit that ran a station in 2025, has the option to run the same this year as they had last year. Youth will be competing as a patrol, going from station to station, with their sleds earning points.  The sleds will be built prior to the event by each patrol.

When preparing to register, please have the following information for each participant:
Name
Unit Number
Food Allergies and any/all Food Restrictions
Contact information for anyone with a food allergy/restriction
Gender and Youth/Adult
BSA ID for Adults (18 and over)

ALL Adults must be a registered member of Scouting America and will need to provide their registration number to be verified during registration.

Cabins will be available for units to rent, $125.00 per cabin. You must have confirmation of registration for WINT-OR-REE and your station guide turned in to Rob Little in order to reserve a cabin for your unit.  For more information about cabin rental, please contact Laura Hall @ director@campstcharles.org
