Special Called Lodge Meeting 

at Spring Fellowship

Recently, the National Order of the Arrow committee has made some significant policy changes that will impact unit elections and the induction process.

These changes were made to improve the OA candidate's experience as a means to encourage them to become active members of the lodge more quickly. 

These changes will impact the culture of our lodge in a positive manner. To ensure their successful implementation and that all lodge members are aware of these changes, we will host a whole lodge meeting on Saturday afternoon of the 2023 Spring Fellowship.

Start time: 1:00 pm

Location: Cherokee Scout Reservation, 3296 Boy Scout Camp Road, Yanceyville, NC

To demonstrate how important it is that all members make an effort to attend, the lodge will provide you with an incentive.

Every member who is present for the duration of the lodge meeting will receive one of the special lodge flap below.

Since there are 842 members in the lodge, we have ordered 1 for every lodge member - 842. Depending upon how many brothers attend the lodge meeting there may be an opportunity to purchase more at $10 each, but this is not a guarantee.

The remaining flaps will be destroyed after the lodge meeting. You can only get this special patch by attending the lodge meeting during Spring Fellowship.

For planning purposes, we request that you pre-register by 11:59 pm on Thursday, March 9, 2023.

Those Arrowen who are registered to attend the entire weekend of Spring Fellowship do not need to register for the lodge meeting too.
