Cost: Participant registration fee is $ 40. There is a $5 early registration discount until 1/31/26.  A $5 late fee will be added after 3/15/26 or for walk-in registration.

The 2026 Eastern New England College of Commissioner Science is being held in conjunction with eight area Scouting councils: Cape and Islands Council, Daniel Webster Council, Narragansett Council, Heart of New England Council, Katahdin Area Council, Mayflower Council, Pine Tree Council, and Spirit of Adventure Council.

Course offerings will include classes at the Bachelor, Masters, and Doctoral level, and courses for Roundtable and Continuing Education and Older Scout program.  There will be Position Specific training for Unit, Roundtable and District/Assistant District Commissioners.  Commissioner college degrees will be awarded for students completing the required course work for Bachelor, Masters, Doctorate and Certificates of Continuing studies.  Details for degree requirements are listed in the course catalog.  

Registration fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, patch & participation gift.  Lodging is available nearby and there are options for no cost accommodations at either of two nearby scout camps (about 45 min from the conference location)
