 Event Details

The Scouting Colorado Emergency Service Corps is offering a free Ham Radio Licensing course and examination on Saturday, May 9th at Colorado Adventure Point. The event includes a preparation class from 9am to 3pm with a 1-hour lunch break, followed by an opportunity to take the FCC Technician License Exam. Once you pass the exam, the FCC will send you an email and you can register with the FCC for $35 to become a licensed amateur radio operator and the FCC will issue you your license and a call sign you use to identify yourself while broadcasting.
