Great Scouting happens when youth and volunteers feel seen, safe, and engaged.

In this hands-on session, you’ll learn the CARE framework (Connect, Align, Refine, Expand) and the platform skills that strengthen trust, communication, and follow-through. You’ll leave with practical tools to repair disconnection in the moment and scale your influence through simple rituals and structures that work in meetings, trainings, and unit life.
